As a veteran Leasing Executive Vice President, Bill specializes in Downtown and Beltline areas in Calgary and has leased over 3 million square feet throughout his career. With a degree in Business from Mount Royal University and over 34 years of client relation experience, Bill has a comprehensive understanding of inner workings of a business and how to find real estate solutions that will help a business prosper.

Over the years, Bill has gained extensive experience representing both the tenant and landlord in the leasing process. As a representative of landlords, Bill has acted as exclusive agent for a number of office buildings and successfully leased his listings to 100% occupancy. As a representative of tenants, Bill has assisted many clients with leasing negotiations for new spaces and for their existing premises so they reach an agreement that helps them achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of work, Bill is a sport and auto racing enthusiast.
