Manish Adiani began his Commercial Real Estate career after certification in 2010. Having worked with a major real estate firm, he has specialized in sales and leasing of retail and industrial properties and also been active in selling redevelopment lands in Calgary.

His clientele ranges from private investors to institutional clients and from local businesses to national retailers. Working through a wide range of transactions, Manish knows how to prioritize and get the best results for his clients. He has a customer-service-centric approach to real estate that has earned a loyalty from his repeat clientele. Being a candidate of the CCIM institute, he has the knowledge and expertise to achieve measurable and favourable results.

Prior to Commercial Real Estate, Manish owned and managed businesses in both the retail and restaurant industries. With a focus on business development and consistently increasing the bottom line, Manish achieved results through providing exceptional service to his loyal clientele. Manish puts his customers interests as a top priority in achieving their Real Estate objectives.

Manish is married and loves to spend time with his family and friends. Giving back to the community by volunteering for institutions such as Calgary Drop-in Centre, Children’s Cottage Society and Ronald McDonald House is also an important aspect of his life.
