Aline is an Associate with the Edmonton Retail Team at Barclay Street. She received her education at the University of Alberta School of Business, completing her undergraduate degree in Economics and Law, and holds a Certificate in Real Estate studies. She was a member of the winning team for the 2019 NAIOP Battle of Alberta Real Estate Challenge. During her time in university, Aline also worked in retail banking.

Allan Jones joined Barclay Street Real predecessor, Torode Realty, in 1987 after graduating from the University of Calgary with a degree in Economics. He became an original partner in February 2001 when Torode was sold to Barclay Street.

In late March of 2024, Anders began his role as a Downtown Office Leasing Assistant at Barclay Street Real Estate. Raised in Calgary, he has been immersed in the real estate industry his entire life, having always found it fascinating and intriguing.

Andrew is a Commercial Real Estate Professional, serving Southern and Central Alberta. A graduate of the University of Calgary’s Commercial Real Estate Development Program, Andrew also holds his Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, and Residential Real Estate designations from the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

Since joining Barclay Street Real Estate in 1987, Bill Falagaris has become a respected leader among his clients, colleagues and fellow brokers and developed a reputation based on his professional and honourable approach to his clients and the business.

Cassandra is Condominium Manager at Barclay Street and is skilled in customer service and administration work. Cassandra comes to Barclay from My VIP Concierge and has been a Concierge Supervisor for a high end property within Calgary.

Cherrymae (Cherry) started her position as a Property Management Accountant at Barclay Street in September 2021. Before joining Barclay, she gained significant experience in property management accounting across various companies.

Darren Abrahamson is a Senior Associate, Industrial Sales, and Leasing. With over 25 years of management, sales, and service in commercial real estate, he provides valuable experience and market knowledge to assist his clients. Specializing in Industrial, Darren brings over eleven years of diverse experience from other major Canadian and International real estate companies.

In 2000, David launched his career in Canadian commercial real estate by joining Torode Real Estate. The following year, he became part of a group of senior negotiators who acquired the Torode real estate brokerage. By 2003, David had taken on the role of President and Broker, and the brokerage was rebranded as Barclay Street Real Estate.

Doug Grinde began his commercial real estate career with Barclay Street Real Estate 20 years ago when he graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Since joining the company, Doug has become an invaluable asset working closely with the Calgary team and is now heading up the Edmonton office as the Vice President for the region.

Eugene Ovzek joined Barclay Street in 2009 and is responsible for producing all marketing and promotional materials for the team. Eugene develops all the branding and promotional materials, including brochures, web design, reports, photography, and other marketing mediums.

George Larson’s involvement with the Calgary commercial real estate market began in 1986 when he joined Barclay Street Real Estate’s predecessor as the General Sales Manager. Prior to joining the company George worked in banking and commercial lending services for 22 years, which included directing a financial institution as a General Manager.

With nearly 35 years of commercial real estate experience and millions of square feet leased, Ian Robertson has helped hundreds of businesses make educated real estate decisions and has become a respected expert in the Calgary market. Transactions to date exceed 1,000.

Iris Matta is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in the dynamic field of supply chain management, spanning industries in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Singapore. Her expertise is complemented by a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Philippines. Iris has transitioned from a part-time Accounting Assistant at Barclay Street Real Estate to a full-time Purchasing Officer, where she now focuses on streamlining procurement processes, optimizing supply chain strategies, and driving operational efficiencies.

Isaiyah Pike is a Retail Leasing Assistant who works alongside Andrew Sherbut and Manish Adiani to help assist in the leasing process and investment sales. Isaiyah is driven by his competitiveness and is very eager to learn. He takes pride in providing the best service he can for his team and clients.

Jason is a Senior Property and Condominium Manager with extensive experience overseeing a diverse range of properties. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service, he leverages his background in property maintenance to ensure buildings operate seamlessly.

Joshua Gill joined Barclay Street in May 2024 and brings a strong customer service approach to Real Estate, based on past experience. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Joshua moved up the ranks from sales and managed a sign shop from 2016 to 2017 which inspired his love for architecture and buildings. He has completed multiple transactions closing more than 200,000 square feet both as a Landlord’s agent as well as a Tenant representative.

With over 20 years of experience in the property maintenance industry, Justin Boisonault has developed a wealth of expertise in facility management and operations.

Karen J Barry is a 30-year expert in the field of commercial real estate valuation and disposition of mid market investment real estate. Karen is a generalist who compiles the best available talent for each individual project she collaborates on including for asset classes including: Income producing, retail, multi family, industrial, and large tract development land.

Kesha manages the Property Management group at Barclay Street Real Estate and oversees all aspects of Property Management as well as Business Development.

Kris joined Barclay Street in the spring of 2013 as an Associate for the Downtown Leasing team, became Associate Vice President in 2019, Vice President in 2020, Executive Vice President in 2023 and Partner in 2024.

Luke Stiles has over twenty years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. During that time, he has been active in the marketing, sales and leasing for projects involving land development, design builds, and building redevelopments. Luke has negotiated a wide range of transactions on behalf of tenants, landlords, owner/users and developers to provide top level service and valuable solutions.

Manish Adiani began his Commercial Real Estate career after certification in 2010. Having worked with a major real estate firm, he has specialized in sales and leasing of retail and industrial properties and also been active in selling redevelopment lands in Calgary.

His clientele ranges from private investors to institutional clients and from local businesses to national retailers. Working through a wide range of transactions, Manish knows how to prioritize and get the best results for his clients. He has a customer-service-centric approach to real estate that has earned a loyalty from his repeat clientele. Being a candidate of the CCIM institute, he has the knowledge and expertise to achieve measurable and favourable results.

Murray specializes in Beltline and Suburban office leasing in Calgary, Alberta, with over 6 years experience in the industry. Murray began his real estate career with Barclay Street Real Estate and then continuing his career with a national brokerage. During this time, Murray honed his negotiating skills, became an expert in the market and built strong relationships with many local and international clients.

Murray brings over 35 years experience to his clients specializing in commercial leasing, sales, acquisitions and land development in Alberta. He represents a wide range of national and regional Owners, Purchasers, and Tenants helping them to achieve their objectives. Murray prioritizes building long-term relationships with clients, allowing him to understand their needs and provide the highest level of service. He is involved in a variety of projects helping him provide a comprehensive knowledge base for his clients.

Born and raised in Edmonton Murray is a U of A graduate and former professional athlete. Murray and his wife Trish enjoy the sports activities of their two children and family time at their cottage.

In Calgary and southern Alberta, Myles is a commercial real estate expert with a focus on retail, tenant and landlord representation, and ground-up development.

Natasha has joined the Barclay Street Real Estate Ltd. as a Property Accountant in July of 2016.Natasha’s prior long professional journey involved different finance and accounting companies in different countries: Moldova, Russia and Israel. She immigrated to Canada with her family in October 1998.

Nicky joined Barclay Street in spring 2021 as an Administrative Assistant, supporting teams like Suburban, Beltline, and Downtown Office Leasing, Investment, Retail, and Industrial. She managed marketing materials, legal documents, research, and listing databases. Her excellent work led to her becoming Office Manager in 2023, where she efficiently oversees daily operations. Nicky's management skills now benefit the entire office, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.

Pat Farrell has worked in a variety of buildings in the downtown core and beltline and has accumulated over 25 years of experience in the field of maintenance and operations.

Peter is passionate about real estate because it is a fast paced industry with unique challenges and he strives to solve problems efficiently while building strong relationships. He is a licensed associate with the Real Estate Council of Alberta and graduated from University of Calgary.

Raquel brings invaluable experience and expertise to the Barclay Street team, having joined in the fall of 2023. In her role, she plays a pivotal part in supporting the Brokers teams by spearheading various crucial tasks including the creation of dynamic marketing materials, meticulous management of legal documentation, conducting thorough research, and maintaining the integrity of our listing database.

Ria started her Career at Barclay Street Real Estate in the summer of 2023, as an Office Leasing Assistant. Her primary focus involves staying on top of current developments in the Calgary Downtown/Beltline Office market to ensure accurate market data delivery to clients.

With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Richard Lewis offers his clients expert advice and a practical perspective on their real estate investments. After working in hospitality management for 5 years, Richard started his commercial real estate career with Torode Realty, Barclay Street’s predecessor in 1989.

Roger Stoodley joins Barclay Street with 20 years of industry experience having earned his Power Engineering degree in 2005. As an operations Manager, Roger is responsible for the daily operations of the properties and providing support to building operations and property management team, handling various property operational issues.

Rosa is an accomplished and practical Receptionist and Administrative Professional possessing strong commercial real estate skill set that supports Barclay Street personnel and directives of clients efficiently.
She is the key point of contact and a credible resource to our clients, colleagues and the public due to business knowledge experience and processes.

Rusna Mahoon is the Director of Research at Barclay Street Real Estate, where she leads the development of research strategies and market insights to support clients and internal teams in making informed real estate decisions.

Ryan Boyne is an associate specializing in investment sales. He has been in the practice of Commercial Real Estate since graduating in the top percentile of his faculty at the Haskayne School of Business.
He was the sole recipient of a major student grant issued by CREB, for Top Outstanding Performance in his faculty (Real Estate Studies), this has helped him position himself as an award-winning real estate professional who is striving to earn your business.

Ryan McBride is an associate specializing in Industrial Sales and Leasing. With a solid background in development and sales, Ryan combines his in-depth market knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver exceptional value to his clients. His expertise in industrial properties, along with his development background, allows him to skillfully navigate the complexities of the industry and guide clients toward informed, strategic decisions.

Samantha joined the Barclay Street team in 2017 after earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Calgary with a concentration in accounting. During her time at Barclay, Samantha has worked to earn her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys baking, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.

Sarah Lisson joined Barclay Street Real Estate in 2012 as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to David Wallach, the company’s CEO. With over 20 years of client relation experience and extensive management experience, Sarah manages the office’s day-to-day operations and keeps David organized so he can focus on the company and its clients.

As Vice President of the Property Management Division and with over 30 years of property management experience, Shirley offers her clients and tenants a high level of expertise and care.

Svitlana is a professional in the financial sector with more than 15 years of experience, having worked in Ukraine, Poland, and now in Canada. Having moved to Canada with her family in February 2023, she continued her extensive career by working at Barclay Street Real Estate as Property Management Accountant.

With over 35 years of experience, Tamara Nowacki has become the financial backbone of Barclay Street Real Estate as the Corporate Controller. After emigrating from Poland in 1986, Tamara joined Barclay Street’s predecessor and has assisted the company through many financial ventures and changes in ownership.

Tammy began her career in Property Management in 2020 and joined Barclay Street Real Estate Ltd. as a Property Administrator in September 2023. Tammy has acquired knowledge in many aspects of the industry on a variety of properties including residential, commercial, and retail condominiums.
Her exceptional customer service skills have helped Tammy resolve concerns and issues that may arise with Owners, tenants, and contractors. Tammy is currently working towards obtaining her Condominium Management License.

Tony comes to Barclay Street from Rancho Realty where he had acquired experience in residential maintenance and this combined with his previous experience combined for 8 years experience in real estate maintenance experience. Tony has developed vary sound practices as it pertains to building operations and currently oversees various assets in the portfolio including industrial, retail and multi-res properties.

Trevor comes to Barclay Street Real Estate from Fish Creek Maintenance LTD as a general maintenance worker for 5 years. Having taken welding, wood working, and safety courses at SAIT, Trevor has performed a wide range of repairs on many commercial, residential, and retail buildings.

In 2008, Trevor joined Barclay Street and brings over 24years residential and commercial experience in the maintenance/ building operator capacity. As a Maintenance Manager of Commercial Properties, he is responsible for the upkeep and repair of a number of suburban office and retail properties in the Calgary area. In 2011, Trevor obtained his 5th class Power Engineer's Certificate.
